Responsibility
1.Do the monthly payment and related report.
2.Check attendance data and give proposal to the attendance management.
3.Assistant C&B manager to deal with the individual income tax, annual salary review and budget.
4.Assistant C&B manager to do the annual salary analysis and survey
5.Deal with the social insurance and housing fund, and follow the local policy, and do the reports
6.Assistant C&B manager to set up the C&B policy and procedure, execute and monitor the policy.
7.To complete the tasks HR manager or C&B manager assigned
Requirement
1.Diploma degree or above, major is not limited
2.3 years or above experience in C&B function in manufacturing or chemical industry
3.Can handle the monthly payroll of above one thousand employees independently, the ability to deal with the individual income tax is perfect.
4.Good at Microsoft office software
5.Good English Skills and Chinese Writing
6.Responsible and scrupulous, Open and friendly
