职位描述：
Purpose of the Job
1. To provide services of supporting, training, workflow consulting, and implementation assisting on SAP system module to all Bekaert Asia entities
2. To coordinate with SAP Group team to realize and achieve the strategic goals of ERP in Bekaert Asia entities


Your Role
1. Deploy /roll-out IT solution /projects in the region
1) Roll out in sap projects of production & planning functionalities in accordance with guidelines and sap standards defined by SAP Process leads.
2) Support design team for IT solution system build preparation including support master data preparation by users, localization and local specific reports/labels collection.
3) Support Design team for new IT solution testing including integration testing and user acceptance testing in region. Meanwhile capture and explain user feedback to the design team for detailed fit-gap and system fine-tune.
4) Perform go-live job for IT solution roll-out in region including cut-over activities and providing on-site technical and process training and guidance during the system go-live, as well as feedback errors or additional gaps to the design team.
5) Perform Assure job after IT solution go-live including follow-up remaining project issues, monitor system performance, ensure Support desk team has an appropriate handover and training, and organize project closure activities.

2. Support to users
1) Providing a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assistance with IT services under scope
2) Call in take : Acknowledge the tickets, allocate appropriate category o Classify the tickets as per Severity and Impact o Communicating pertinent information regarding incidents and associated progress to the stake holders on need basis o Allocate the ticket to the respective support groups and track the ticket for closures
3) Escalate incidents / tickets which are going beyond the service levels
4) Escalate incidents pertaining to Suppliers non-performance or delays

3. Deploy IT knowledge sustainability in the region
1) Adapt and perfect elements that evolve with initial usage, such as: User documentation, FAQ ....
2) Collect IT formal training requirements, make the IT training plan according to the requirement.
3) Organize and Perform IT formal training (off-site and on-site)
4) Do IT health check for each of site in region, make and follow-up the action list together with business based on the health check result

4. Deploy/Roll-out IT enhancement in the region
1) Capture and understand IT enhancement requirement within user training or IT deployment works in region, explain enhancement requirements to BU IT and support BU IT for the validation and approval
2) Support Design team for IT enhancement system build and testing
3) Deploy/roll-out IT enhancement in region including user acceptance test, user training and go-live support.
4) Support Design team deploy SAP release in region including user acceptance testing support, user communication and training. Provide initial support and feedback in response to incidents or errors detected within release in region


Your Profile
1. Education and experience requirement
1) University education, with IT/engineering /manufacturing related as major
2) At least 3 years of relevant SAP module (PP/PM/QM) working experience in a foreign invested company
3) At least 5 years of work experience
4) fluent English communication skill

2. Special preference on qualification
1) SAP project implementation experience is preferred
2) Internal/external coordination and strong communication skills
