Position Summary:

-Responsible for the overall operational performances of the company (Efficiency, Costs, Quality, OTD, NPI, Operational P&L , Gross margins etc.) by integrating and managing all related functions include: Materials, Production, QA, ME, PC and storage / materials releasing and for meeting given targets and KPI.

- Responsible for the managing all related functions (Production, QA, Materials ME, PC and storage / materials releasing) and their activities.

- Responsible for continuous development and improvement of the operations system to effectively support the company needs and growth.

- Responsible for the "successful" implementation of new products into production and the control of the NPI process.


Requirement:

1. Education:
Minimum 1st University Degree in technical or management field.

2. Experience:
- Minimum 15 years Experience from which 5 years proven experience management position of a Manufacturing field (Operations, Manufacturing). Have strong background in Quality and quality system, familiar with the process of Supply Chain management and build up
- Experience with working in front of high level customers (fortune 500)

3. Specific knowledge:
- Familiar with the details and the implementation of ISO System (TS 16949 is an advantage)
- Familiar with technical data and specifications, products drawings and general tolerances and standards.
- Proven experience with NPI and realization of new products / projects
- Proven experience with LEAN implementation on levels of Production, Supply Chain, materials and management. Understanding of P&L reports and analytical approach
- Proven "Hands On" experience and capabilities to self handle related issues on production, materials, quality etc.

4. Competencies:
- Familiar with manufacturing process. Clear understanding of Quality, costs and optimization.
- Good leadership skills and capable to drive people through given targets
- Good English capability (Spoken and written)
- Aggressive and decision maker personality to manage and drive sub-ordinates, capable to set targets and responsible to achieve targets. Quick and fast on learning and "On-Time" execution


Major Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Leading of daily manage and further develop the Operation system of the company in order to achieve given targets and KPI (OTD, Efficiency, Costs, Production GM, Quality etc.)

- Manage the Operational systems and functions of the company.
Fix targets for each of related functions.

- Effective and cost control Development of the Operation system to meet the needs of the company and the company growth. (Manufacturing, Materials, Quality etc.)

- Manage and lead NPI into production through integration of all related functions.
Communicate operational issues to the management of the company, demand or required involvement and changes where applicable from other departments in order to resolve all related issues.

- Review and manage the control of the operation system and approve related reports.
Involved in SO review and confirmation, take actions and decisions in order to meet customer's requirements

- Provide reports related to operations performances, problems and suggestions / requirements to the company management. (Weekly / Monthly)


Other requirements:

- Aggressively driving the operational system to meet its targets and objectives.
- Demanding on performances of Sub-ordinates.
- Training and guiding suitable candidates and coaching them into their positions and responsibilities.
