This job location at Kunshan.

Position Summary:

- Responsible for the overall Manufacturing performances of the company (Efficiency, Costs, Quality, OTD, NPI etc.) by integrating and managing all related functions include: Production, QA, ME, PC and storage / materials releasing and for meeting given targets and KPI.

- Responsible for the managing all related functions (Production, QA, ME, PC and storage / materials releasing) and their activities.

- Responsible for continuous development and improvement of the manufacturing system / production lines to effectively support the company needs and growth.
- Responsible for the "successful" implementation of new products into production and the control of the NPI process.


Requirement:

1. Education:
University Degree in technical or management field.

2. Experience:
- Minimum 10 years work experience with at least 5 years Experience management in a Manufacturing field (QA, PROD, or similar)
- Proven experience in manufacturing management and implementation of LEAN in Production

3. Specific knowledge:
- Familiar with the details and the implementation of ISO System (TS 16949 is an advantage)
- Familiar with technical data and specifications, products drawings and general tolerances and standards.
- Familiar with Lean Approach for Production and manufacturing process

4. Competencies:
- Familiar with manufacturing process
- Clear understanding of Quality, costs and optimization.
- Good leadership skills and capable to drive people through given targets
- Good English capability (Spoken and written)


Major Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop the manufacturing system of the company in order to achieve given targets and KPI (OTD, Efficiency, Costs, Production Gross margins, Quality etc.)

- Manage the 5 manufacturing functions in accordance with the company objectives and needs. Fix targets for each of the 5 functions.

- General Management of all 5 functions (Prod. QA, ME, PC, Store) and their activities. SMT when applicable

- Development of the Manufacturing system to meet the needs of the company and the company growth.

- Manage and lead NPI into production through integration of all related functions (Both from the manufacturing System and from other company departments)

- Communicate Manufacturing issues to the management of the company, demand or required involvement and changes where applicable from other departments in order to resolve all related issues.


- Review and manage the control of the manufacturing system and approve related reports.


- Involved in SO review and confirmation, take actions and decisions in order to meet customer's requirements


- Implementing of LEAN manufacturing system whenever possible (This should be in one part together with the company lean project but should start with manufacturing on a separate basis)
