Responsibilities
Fully support partner's daily work.
Arrange partner's business trip, meeting, visa and other administrative work assigned.
Support and coordinate logistics for conferences or meetings.
Requirements
Degree holder with at least 4 to 5 years' relevant experience, preferable gained from international and sizable foreign enterprises and joint ventures;
Demonstrated skills on professional secretary and personal assistant;
Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint must. Knowledge of lotus Notes an asset;
Good telephone manner and interpersonal communication skills;
Proper training on secretarial work is an advantage, especially working as secretary or personal assistant to General Manager;
Good command of spoken and written English;
Able to work independently and under pressure, ability to multi-task.
