Responsibilities:
The objectives of this position are to facilitate people development, cultivate a high performance culture, and maintain a fair and competitive rewarding scheme. The primary job is to look after the daily operations of the workforce. Among others, the job focuses on recruiting eligible employees, terminate when needed, placement of the employee, training and development and also to look after payroll and compensation.
Manpower / Recruitment
· Coordinates with Market / Service Line / Sub-Service Line Leaders to formulate and update annual manpower / recruitment plans based on the resource needs
· Coordinates with Recruitment Team to ensure to successful execution of the approved manpower / recruitment plans
People Development
· Serves as a member in EYU operations committee for the implementation of EYU
· Works with Greater China People Leader and Area Mobility Team to facilitate Global Exchange Program
· Works with Greater China People Leader to facilitate short term mobility
Performance Management
· Works with Greater China People Leader to identify the Key Performance Indicators and annual performance goals by Service Line / Sub-Service Line / Staff Level.
· Ensures the completion of Performance Management & Development Process (PMDP) at each stage with quality contents
· Ensures the agreed evaluation rating distribution is consistently applied
Compensation Review
· Serves as a member of Salary Committee with Greater China People Leader to review and approve the proposed Service Line salary bands, bonus plans, and other incentive schemes for each Market
Policies and Procedures
· Works with Greater China People Team to review people policies and procedures
· Works with Greater China People Leader to prepare and implement Service Line specific policies and procedures
Management Report
· Coordinates with People Team to prepare quarterly people reports
Partner Admission
· Coordinates with Area Partner Matters Team to complete the partner nomination process
Diversity
· Serves as a member of Area Inclusiveness Team to drive diversity and gender equity
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
A minimum of 10 years' of relevant experience with at least 5 years' of experience in managerial role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build relationships with individuals and internal clients effectively.
Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
Experience in professional services organizations is an advantage.
