Principal Accountabilities:
? HW (servers) & SW (OS, office-automation tools) Administration & Management:
? Manage the full (end-to-end) systems administration (including hardware sizing and optimization) of the assigned servers & systems
? Setup, administer and maintain the Windows Active Directory, DNS & DHCP
? Setup, administer and maintain the Exchange and Internet/Intranet servers and applications
? Setup, administer and maintain Microsoft SQL Server for Epicor system.
? Setup, administer and maintain Firewall and Cisco Switch.
? Setup and maintain the security and integrity of all assigned servers and the access rights (network, email, shared files, internet access) of each user in the network
? Manage the server/application backups for all assigned servers as per scope of responsibility
? Responsible full hardware support (installation and maintenance) on PCs/laptops, printers, PABX, video conference (Quan Shi) and networking equipment & connections etc.
? Responsible for evaluating/assessing/negotiating HW (i.e. servers, network & communication equipment, desktops, laptops, cell phone, gadgets, etc..) and SW purchases and upgrades
? Responsible for the application servers/systems availability - as per agreed SLA.
? Provide office automation support on different software
? provide primary support (training, coaching and informal tutorials) to users on PC software (e.g. MS Office, Epicor, Outlook etc.)
? document and track software installed in PCs/laptops and its licenses as well
? act as facilitator in the conduct of OA-related trainings as and when required
? Network & Communication Infrastructure Management & Administration:
? Maintain & improve networking solutions and equipment (including middle-ware appliances)
? maintain and improve the network performance of the LAN/WAN, PABX(TDA200), video con equipment etc.
? provide solutions (including installation work) on local and remote access connections
? setup, configure and document LAN/WAN configurations
? Maintain the security and integrity of all assigned appliances / switches / hubs / routers and the access rights connection (network, email, shared files, internet access) of each user in the network
? Responsible for the whole LAN/WAN network availability - as per agreed SLA.
? Data Center & Helpdesk Operations and BCP/DRP Management:
? Setup/Maintenance of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP) for the assigned servers and network infrastructure
? Responsible for Server Room maintenance
? ensures proper setup (security, fire suppression, temperature control, layout, cabling etc.) and cleanliness of the room
? ensures that cooling system is properly working
? ensures that operating temperature and humidity requirements are met
? ensures continuity of service to the business users
? Provides & manage IT Helpdesk services to the users – as per SLA.
? Epicor Basis Administration:
? Manage the full (end-to-end) systems administration (including hardware sizing and optimization) of the assigned EPICOR production servers
? Setup, administer and maintain Windows servers – as per agreed SLA (in terms of system availability and response time)
? Setup, administer and maintain the Basis authorizations and transports in close coordination with the Global Team
? Manage the server/application backups for all assigned servers as per scope of responsibility
? Setup and maintain the complete EPICOR landscape production environments (SM,PM,MM,FM etc.)
? Ensures accurateness of Reports for all production servers
? Responsible for handling projects related to the:
? HW server sizing and installation/setup and upgrades of OS, RDBMS and support packages
? EPICOR application technical upgrades and connectivity setup/interfaces with other applications or EPICOR environments
? Maintenance of Data Archiving Clients
? Hardware PM Agreements with vendors – renewal etc.
? Business Application Systems Management/ Account Management:
? Partner with the business in the discussion of business processes where IT is required.
? To understand the business requirement and existing processes;
? To identify the gap between the users requirement and existing system application;
? To proactively explore opportunities and make proposals to business Partner in the discussion of business process improvement where IT is required;
? To formulate and deliver system solution to optimize the business result
? Supports the introduction of new applications and the modification/upgrade of existing systems.
? Provides application systems support and programming services as required.
? Provides Security monitor system support on NKL 1st and 2nd stage.
? IT Team Management in the future:
? Lead & supervise the whole IT team and manage the workload of the whole IT Team
? Main contact person for all coordination work with Heico IT Team
? Main project manager for all crucial projects
? Skills Requirements :
A. Technical Competence on Servers & Network Administration, Infrastructure and Security:

E. AutoCAD.
F. Dell SonicWall NSA 3600 firewall
G. Cisco Core switch.
H. Antivirus SEP

L. TCP/IP and IP Routing
M. PC hardware and software troubleshooting
N. Panasonic TDA200 maintenance
O. EPICOR Basis admin skills is a plus factor
