Procurement / Logistics Intern

采购/物流实习生

Working Place: Bourbon China Shanghai Office (Close Xujiahui Park)

工作地点：波邦中国上海办公室（近徐家汇公园）

Job Description:

职务描述：
Coordinate with Supplier and make sure all the goods are delivered in time.

与供应商协商，确保货物及时运输。
Assist to find suitable freight-forwarder and right way for delivery.

协助寻找合适的货运代理商以及运输方式。
In charge of the shipments arrangement; And arrange shipments documents (Ex: customs clearance) which should meet the requirements from customers.
负责发货安排，准备货运文件（如清关文件）以满足客户所需。

Follow-up deliveries and payments status

密切跟踪货物和付款情况。
Calculate freight cost for each order and do invoice for goods and freight cost in Oracle

计算每个订单的货运成本，并在Oracle中为货物制作发票和货运成本。
In put the information in the oracle, deal with the receipt in the system.

在Oracle中录入信息，在系统中做收货。
Input invoicing information in oracle and provide accounting department the information they might need regarding purchasing and shipments.

输入账单信息之Oracle，根据采购和装货情况，向财务部提供所需信息。
Receive customers inquires, ensure through smooth communication that their request in clear and complete.

接受客户的询价，保持有效沟通，确保客户要求明确完整。

Purchase materials and equipment as per customer request; or purchase service as they want.

根据客户要求采购材料和设备，或服务如有需求。

Full-time University Bachelor, Junior or Senior student

全日制本科生，大三大四在校生

Fluent English

流行的英语

Familiar with Microsoft Office(Word, Excel,......etc)
熟悉Microsoft Office(Word, Excel,......etc) 操作软件

Working conscientiously and carefully, quick learner, sharp mind, pleasant personality and good team player

工作认真仔细，学历能力强，精锐的头脑，性格开朗以及具有团队精神

Work 5 days in one week or more than 3 days in one week is better
