C&B Manager
Purpose
Being functional leader of Compensation & Benefits in HR department, this position supports the development, optimization and implementation of remuneration, benefits policy and programs to ensure the alignment with Chinese Labor Regulations and comapny China policy.

Main Responsibilities
-Establish, execute and develop Compensation and Benefits programs in order to provide an effective and efficient kit to keep internal equity & external competitive advantage.
- Develop C&B policies, procedures and guidelines. Monitor its effectiveness and efficiency.
- Manage C&B implementation: employee on-boarding, transfer, promotion and termination process, employees labor contract signing, social insurance transaction. Follow up with the commercial insurance companies to deal with the staff commercial benefits affairs.
-In charge of HRSS system maintenance and Platinum HRP system. Launch and update employee database and ensure that all C&B reports and records are properly and timely documented and maintained.
-Perform job analysis and evaluation exercises, merit increase programs, the administration of benefits and perquisites and develop a competitive job and salary structure. Be sensitive on the market movement including pay trend, benefits practices as well as legal regulations update.
-Assist the HR manager in coordinating and implementing performance reviews, bonus plan & payment and retention program. Provide constructive resolutions to HR Manager and management on pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretation, job evaluation and other specific C&B issues.
- Prepare and control overall human resource budgets and cost.
- Provide C&B Report for Chinese Partner and Statistics Bureau.
- Compile, review, analyze and interpret Market C&B surveys,
- Support on the annual Salary and Social Benefit Audit by the government.
- Keep good relationship with business consultant and government agencies.
- Manage the employer-employee relation, and handle the termination or any legal issues

Requirements
- Bachelor or above degree, preferably in Business, Human Resources, or other related major.
- 8+ years work experience in HR field with at least 6 years' hands-on experience in C&B area in MNC. Experience in Consulting is preferred;
-Strong knowledge and experience in data analyzing ability to generate report, develop and implement C&B policies; Solid working knowledge of remuneration systems;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, A positive team leader, Independent, detail-oriented;
- Proficient in English, both written and oral;
- Excellent computer skills required.
