职位描述
岗位职责：
1、组织制定公司的财务政策及财务制度；
2、根据公司发展战略、年度经营目标和工作计划，组织本公司和各部门编制公司财务预算；
3、组织编制并实施公司资金计划、利润计划、成本计划，并监督计划执行情况；
4、根据公司实际经营情况，组织审核调整财务预算，监督、分析、评价预算执行情况；
5、组织会计核算工作，对财务处理进行指导，并监督本部门按时提交相关报表和报告；
6、组织编制相关税务报表，并按时进行税务申报等相关活动，组织财务分析与筹划，进行合理避税工作；
7、负责组织进行各种财务分析，参与公司的重大决策；
8、负责本部门工作团队的创建、优化、激励，形成梯队型人才培养用人机制，保证本部门人力资源的持续和稳定。
任职资格：
1、大学本科及以上学历，财务管理、会计学等相关专业，注册会计师或高级会计师及以上职称；
2、五年以上制造业财务部门工作经验，至少两年的财务部门同等管理职位经验；
3、具备丰富的财务管理经验，熟悉财务预算、财务成本分析、财务核算等财务管理工作，出色的财务分析和内部审计能力、较强的研究策划能力和市场判断能力；
4、熟悉国家各项相关财务、税务、审计、金融法规和政策，有资本运作的实践经验，有一定的法律、管理等方面理论知识；
5、有良好的职业操守、团队意识以及创新精神。
