About Tax
Tax and regulatory issues are on top of the mind for many companies operating around the world today. As a tax professional, you’ll help organisations and individuals to maximise their tax efficiency and manage their tax risks. You’ll achieve this through the advice you give to your clients on conducting proper tax planning, and helping them to fully meet their tax compliance obligations.
Taxation in a fast-paced business environment is exciting and intellectually stimulating. To meet the challenges, you’ll need to constantly develop your tax knowledge and research skills. As you progress, you’ll likely become specialised in certain specific areas of tax and/or industry segments.
Responsibilities:
1.Assist Portfolio Manager in managing the entire Tax Technology portfolio in China and HK
2.Overall PMO in coordinating all IT projects in Tax in China and HK
3.Coordinate IT projects in pipeline, resources, cost, timeline, etc.
4.Maintain good relationship with internal stakeholders, internal IT, vendors, etc.
5.Prepare management report on project progress, cost, risks, issues and dependencies
6.Assist in the overall Tax Technology strategy, promoting/selling of Tax software as a service
Requirements:
1.University degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields
2.Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination and/or IT project delivery
3.Good relationship management and leadership skills
4.Strong analytical and problem solving skills, able to understand complex business problems and recommend both business and technical solutions
5.Able to work independently and under pressure
6.Well organised and strong attention to details
7.Strong communication skills
8.Proficiency in written and spoken English as well as Putonghua is essential
