Position Title: Director Global Marketing

Report to: Chief Marketing and Sales Officer (American Guy)

Location: Hangzhou City

 

Main Responsibilities

1. Develop and Execute Global Marketing Strategy and Marketing Plan

2. Execute the annual marketing plan approved by the Company and control the budget accordingly

3. Responsible for organizing & supporting industry analysis and market research activities to support Sales Growth world wide

4. Responsible for developing and implementing annual promotion and communication plan

5. Responsible for systematically developing corporate, brand and product marketing plan and activities global wide

6. Organize the Company presence at the industry shows world wide

7. Manage and Support Regional Marketing Activities in Asia, N/A and EU

8. Develop B2B and B2C Marketing Strategy and Conduct the Annual Marketing Plan

9. Develop and manage the regional marketing organizations in AP, N/A and EU

10. Sales and Business Development Support, cowork with technical functions to support project sales

 

Job Specifications

1. 10+ years working experience with at least 6 years of progressively responsible experience in marketing field in Semi-conductor, Electronics or renewable energy industry

2. Senior level marketing experience in a company with revenues of at least $200 millions is strongly preferred.

3. Demonstrated skills in product development and planning, in designing and implementing comprehensive product marketing strategies

4. Excellent leadership, coaching and performance management of direct reports as well as others outside direct reporting chain, with experience in International, Asian, N/A and European markets and multi-cultural environments

5. Be able to negotiate extremely critical matters and influence senior leaders regarding matters of significance to the organization and have the ability to execute keen judgment in sensitive matters

6. Can work effectively and collaboratively within a highly matrixed environment and travel globally on a frequent basis

7. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and/or Marketing, MBA strongly preferred

8. Good command of both English and Mandarin
