职位描述：
Oversight and execution of automated and preventive maintenance plan, as well as management of critical maintenance requirements for production equipment in workshop.
Plan, inspect and coordinate on-going repair, preventive maintenance and facilities related activities
Develop and administer annual equipment maintenance and spare parts. Coordinate with external contractors as needed to ensure that the specific quality, cost and schedule standards are met.
Continuously fully comply with all GMP and Regulatory requirements, drives a culture of Quality and Compliance. Responsible to stop further processing in the event of encountering non conforming product condition.
Will be required to comply with documentation procedures/requirements, and train others on maintenance and/or safety/regulatory compliance issues.
Handle Equipment maintenance related innovation, improvements, such as cost reduction, localization project.
Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Must be able to communicate equipment and/or machine maintenance issues to others. Must be able to generate, and explain detailed instructions, inspection and repair procedures and be able to complete detailed documentation accurately.
Knowledge of CNC precision machining, mechanical and electrical knowledge of lathe/turning/milling; experience with advanced CNC system repair/maintenance and programming preferred.
Must be able to analyze and correct complex machine/equipment issues of a broad scope using independent judgment. Demonstrate mechanical/electrical design and problem solving

Experiences min. 2+ years in mechanical area or machining industry.
GMP requests for maintenance.
ISO13485 or QS9000/TS16949 internal audit. 举报 分享
