Position Title: Supplier Quality Engineer
Reports To: Quality Manager
Department: Quality Dept
Location: IDEX-Suzhou
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
? Supplier Qualification with sourcing and purchasing team
? Supplier Annual Audit.
? Supplier performance evaluation.
? Handle material non-conformance to vendor
? Material quality issue feedback
? Material quality problem-solving with supplier.
? Supervise improvement action implementation

SKILLS ESSENTIAL TO THE JOB
Technical
? Familiar with quality management system including ISO9001:2000
? Able to use QC tools to analyze and solve quality problems and make continual improvement
? Good experience in manufacturing process, such as m
? Familiar with use of general inspection tools and equipment
? Proficient with reading mechanical drawings and specifications.

Human Relations
? Works well in a team environment
? Very honest
? Strong analytical ability
? Strong independent thinking and initiative
? Good communication skills

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Educational
? Bachelor degree, Engineering, Mechanical,

Professional
? 5 years experience with quality control
? Experienced process and quality systems auditor
? Good understanding of Quality Systems: ISO 9001:2000
? Familiar with Quality methodologies
? Ability to speak, listen, write and read English proficiently
? Can use MS office such as Excel, Word etc.
