岗位要求：
1;Have strong supply bases for Casting, Forging, Pipe Fitting, Seal, Machining parts and Valve product different commodities;
2;Knowledge and experience with competitive pricing total cost analysis and contracts;
3;Strong knowledge of negotiation practices and methodology for commodities;
4;Strong ability to read and assess engineering requirements, with strategy planning relative to business requirements;
5;Valve experience is prefer.


职责：
1;Be responsible for implementing the process for supplier sourcing, identification, assessments, audits, development and commercial negotiation to gain the right quality, delivery, service and cost for CIRCOR;
2;Negotiation/setting up of contracts (price, quantity, terms of delivery, terms of payment, etc.) for new suppliers or new parts;
3;Liaison Purchasing Department, Planning, Quality, SQE, Production, and Engineering;
4;Collect information from periodicals, catalogs and other;
sources to keep informed on price trends and manufacturing processes for alternative sources of supply;
5;Strong ability to read and assess engineering requirements, with strategy planning relative to business requirements;
6;Maintain positive working relationship with supplier base;
7;Obey the work arrangement assigned by superiors.
