职位描述：
- Provide recruitment service in line with recruitment process covering APAC regionally (mainly China Sales & China Production sites)
？* Explore effective sourcing channels for the recruitment of talents.
？* Screen, select, telephone interview and coordinate interviews
？* Drive the recruitment process, give/get feedback & advice to hiring manager.
？* Sourcing candidates in creative and cost-effective ways.
？* Proactively build candidate pools in key positions and manage relationships with potential candidates for future recruitment opportunities
- Provide professional suggestions, solutions on HR recruitment issues, contribute actively to improving recruitment process routines and follow up the local labor requirements
- Take part in assigning HR projects, fully support on Reginal/Global HR Shared Services Center setup and continuous improvement.
- Ensure that sound HR practice is in place across the business and contribute to the development of an environment of fairness and consistency in terms of the manner in which employees are treated.
- Provide other HR functional/operational supports locally
- Other tasks assigned by manager

职位要求：
- Minimum 2 years experiences, BA in Human Resource or similar.
- Proficient in English writing and speaking
- Assertive communication skills
- Good skills of MS office
- Self-motivated, work under pressure.
- Having interviewing experience both at junior and middle management level.
