PURPOSE of POSITION
Responsibilities include planning, developing, implementing, executing, monitoring and communicating effective programs for JUMER, Amazon and other EKA. Resulting in consistent sales target and share growth; Establish and communicate priorities for national distributor network. Work closely with key distributor personnel for consistent retail execution
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain EKA clients for strategic partnership
? Work with distributor to achieve sales target including sell in, sell out and offtake by monitoring, communicating with both distributor.
? Manage plans and execution in terms of activity, consumer promotions, design, delivery and etc to build good relation ship with JUMEI and Amazon.
? Closely working with JUMEI and Amazon to build strategic partnership with these two clients.
? Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement online marketing activities that lead to increased sales.
Identify and develop new business sales opportunities
Budget control and Distributor management
? Manage key metrics with distributor to achieve target within budget
? Control inventory
Regular reporting on performance against plan, to include customer performance management/performance overviews

2. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Education: B.S. degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Minimum 4 years of professional experience in key account management
3. Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities:
- Deep knowledge and exposure to sales and marketing
- Extremely Proficient in MS Office based applications with an emphasis on database management and customer connectivity.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- A high level of understanding of finance and operations (logistics) of the business
- Demonstrated high levels of creativity and idea generation
