PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Compliance Management
? Drive for and ensure processes, operations, systems, databases and information security, and business process documentation are up to date and comply with proper accounting and legal principles/policies/procedures, including GAAP, Company WWP (worldwide procedures), J&J Internal Control Handbook, SOX and others
? Lead SOX documentation, reporting, testing and remediation plans, including creating/modifying test plans and test scripts as necessary
? Facilitate and coordinate audit efforts as required with auditors and legal authorities with the execution of required activities – ensure staff and information are available as required; liaising with external audit parties as required
? Identify opportunities to improve and achieve sustainable compliance in finance operations and reporting, including driving communications and changes to the processes as necessary for a controlled environment between GFS-Asia Pacific (China) and local finance
? Create and review policies and procedures to be administered in GFS-Asia Pacific (China)
? Partner with Process and local affiliate groups to and drive initiatives related to compliance – including own team management , liaising with higher management for necessary approval and endorsement, and working with all affected stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
? Partner with different J&J GFS centers around the world as well as different compliance team to strengthen the compliance framework for J&J as a whole
? Custodian of all relevant documents within the center
? Escalated and report any necessary issues to management in a timely manner
? Participate in any due diligence assignments as necessary

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
? At least University degree in finance related field or equivalent with professional certification (e.g. CPA, 会计上岗证)
? At least 5-7 years experience in service support function with comprehensive understanding of compliance and control, as well as service performance concepts, processes and procedures
? 1- 3 years in a management and/or supervisory role is an advantage
? Experience in shared services center of a multinational corporation desirable
? Able to read, write and speak English fluently
? Ability to multi-task is a must
