Job Description:
1.Customer focus.
Act as the liaison between customer and SSCI.
Exceed customer satisfaction through quality services to enable on-time delivery, product quality and prompt responsiveness to customers' requirements.
Establish trust and build loyalty with key influence/decision makers to build solid, long-term professional relationships with customer.


2.Growth & budget objective:
Manage P&L of assigned program and drive for business growth.
Establish and monitor budget and control expenses to achieve goals.
Achieve sales volume objectives within assigned areas or accounts to ensure growth and profitability.


3.Project management
Establish key milestones and advance opportunities, clearly indicating progress within the account.
Monitor project progress, move project forward by overcoming obstacles.


4.Internal coordination.
Lead cross-functional team members to deliver value-added services to customers.
Interface with Manufacturing, Program Management, Quality, Design Engineering and Senior Management monitoring of activity and on-going development of product.
Address plant needs of account base, providing the client with the right solution for their evolving business requirements.
Recognize business opportunities and influence the coordination of sales efforts internally.


Requirement:
Bachelor's degree or above
More than five years’ related experience, experience in mechanical manufacturing
Knowledge of managing global accounts
Good communication skills, analytical skills and strong leadership.
Fluent English in writting, reading and speaking
