Professional Experience /专业经验
· 8 years of working experience with at least 2 years of production supervising in multinational manufacturing factory. Mechanical manufacturing background is preferred.
· ERP knowledge and skills.
· Lean concept and experience of continuous improvement in the shop floor.
Other Requirement/其它要求
· Good and effective communication skills with people of various levels. Shows team working in a matrix organization.
· Be proactive, positive and motivate subordinates.
Main Responsibility主要职责:
· Being a member of WU plant management, ensure the department initiatives of Production under company strategy are in place and followed successfully supporting the Mission of China Production.
· To manage WU production with overall responsibility for delivering products according to specification to our customers. This includes: people management, capacity management, stock management, etc.
· Achieve targets of production with well controlled of the budget.
Daily Duties日常工作:
A) Production Management:
· Take charge of the daily action meeting at 7:30am, make sure all the action plans are followed
· Ensure that all employees fully comply with company safety rules, perform WOC periodically and follow up with corrective actions
· Be responsible for planning all resources both in manpower and equipment and getting approval for these resources through the annual budget process.
· Ensure that all production employees are fully trained and understand GPC policies and commitment to quality products.
· Ensure all employees are aware of the company environmental policies and work according to the guidelines.
· Ensure maximum utilisation of company resources, production planning of manpower and equipments.
· Carry out continuous improvement activities in the daily work to improve productivity
B) Working with the staff through the matrix organization
· Provide all necessary support for the other functions as CSU, PT, and Planning, etc. to achieve the common targets.
C) People Management & Development
· Manage and monitor staff associated with department including: budgeting, hiring, discipline, EDD, EMS etc.
· Build necessary competences to achieve the high performance of the department, and ensure high motivation and satisfaction among the employees and stakeholders.
· Additional duties assigned by the Plant Manager from time to time
Key Performance Indicators 关键绩效指标:
· PRO performance based on 1st scheduled date
· Productivity Improvement
· Process Scrap Rate
· Accident Rate
· Perception Score Card
