Responsibilities:

· Head the Finance department of 5-10 employees

· To oversee accounting and financial transactions

· Coordinate the monthly close process and review necessary data for monthly completeness of transactions

· Be responsible for managing the reporting and analysis; statutory and group reports, factory reports, annual budgets

· Provide financial support in the areas of accounting, compliance, investments and special projects

· Partner with local and global teams in the company to achieve excellent service to internal and external customers

· Keeping abreast of changes in the financial regulations and legislations

Requirements/qualifications:

· Bachelors degree in the field of finance/accounting

· 5+ years of finance/accounting experience in manufacturing type of environment

· Strong analytical experience and detail oriented

· Ability to manage and develop staff

· Fluent in oral and written English

· Good Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint skills

· Has experience in making ERP on line project
