QULITIFICATION ? Experience in multi product global supply chain
? Extensive knowledge of manufacturing environments including castings, forgings, and machining
? Able to lead complex price negotiations in support of business objectives
? 3 years plus at managerial position
? Excellent English communication skill and PC skill
? Familiar with supply chain process and procedures
PERSONALITY Open-minded, Good Learning and self-motivated
LANGUAGES
Spoken/written
Average/Fluent Fluent spoken and written English are required
TRAVELLING REQUIRED Yes
Responsibilities
JOB PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Why does the job exist, results to be achieved ? Frequent travel request
? Conduct necessary market research to provide professional advice and reporting to global supply chain team
? Develop, Maintain, and Strategize Supply Base for Quality, Lead Time, and Price
? Coordinate and Communicate Supply Base Strategy with Purchasing Manager(s)
? Obey the work arrangement assigned by superiors.
