POSITION TITLE:
Service and Commissioning Engineer


REPORTS TO:
Production Supervisor

Customer Relationships Who Why
? External Customers
? Improve the service quality and customers satisfaction;
? Give professional and prompt service to our customers and bring the service to next level;
? Utilize service as ambassador for Desmi products for future business opportunities
? Internal DPTS technical team;
DPTS Sales team
DPTS operation teams;
DESMI Project Office ? Work with sales team, technical teams and operation teams for the efficient and reliable operation of DESMI products;
? Working with DESMI project office for the commissioning of OptiSave, BWTS

Position Main Responsibility
? Response to the claims from customers promptly, define, evaluate, measure, analysis the root cause of the failure and supply onsite service when needed;
? Commissioning, start up of the marine project orders to prevent the failure due to fault installation and operation;
? Trouble shoot on pump & system problems and maintenance of pumps on site in meeting customer requirement and technical agreement;
? The inspection and repair of returned pump when needed;
? Service Training including operation and maintenance of pump systems to customers;
? Site survey of customer satisfaction;
? Complying with health and safety regulation;
? Fill in the service form and give feedback to quality department for continuous quality improvement, correction and precaution of the faults;
? Develop alliance partner with strategic end users with professional service.

Position Main Requirement
? College degree or above in Mechanical / Electric/Marine Engineering;
? Must have minimum 3 years service/assembly/outfitting/maintenance/commissioning working experience in general machinery or marine equipment and experience in rotating equipment such as pump, compressor, turbine and engine will be preferred;
? Skill in MS office and command of basic English;
? Strong knowledge of electrical motor, VFD, instrumentation, control panel & process control;
? Experience as Electric or engine technician in vessels or commissioning engineer in shipyard will be a plus.
? Logic thinking, courtesy, good communication skill and coordination skill;
? The willingness to travel regularly on company business.
