Job /title: Asian Supplier Quality Manager
Reports to: VP
Subordinates: 1
Location: Shanghai
Duties & responsibilities:
1,PPAP Final Approval.and working with suppliers on PPAP when necessary
2, Problem solving & prevent recurrence
3, Root cause analysis and help on issuing corrective actions
4, Supplier Development
5, New Supplier Assessments.
6, Supplier quality system set up and improvement
7, Supplier audit,Supplier products and processes audits, to issue the corrective actions and improving plan to ensure continuous improvements of supplier
8,Project development assistant, ECN, project development technical support, training to and working with suppliers’ project team to ensure obtaining ROBUST process before mass production
9,Early identifying the problems or potential risks of products and processes whenever in developing or mass producing, working with suppliers to find out root causes and implement corrective actions, feedback and lessons learned insurances
10, Supplier File preparation, supplier performance monitoring, collection and review
11,Weekly or daily communication with QC staff about work and training identification
12,Weekly or daily communication with US VP
13,Managing QC Staff. Informal weekly meeting with PM
14,Customer problem solving,communication/visiting to keep good relationship
Requirements
1. Experience in plastic injection 、stamping, alu.die casting, alu.extrusion, veneer, wood, welding, finish treatment and assembly(office furniture)
2. Experience in Mechanical Engineering related
3. Automotive quality experience preferred
4. Familiar with quality system, ISO9001:2000 and ISO/TS16949
5. Experience and knowledge of quality tools, technique and methods required like ISHIKAWA, PDCA, 8D, etc.
6. PPAP process knowledge and experience, PFD, FMEA, Process Control Plan, MSA, SPC and Color knowledge
7. 10+ working experience on quality or supplier quality
8. English communication
9. Dirty-Hands philosophy
21.Travel much Target-oriented, confident, self-starter and a good team worker
