1.Run and manage laboratory operation independently, responsible for the quality inspection, analysis, synthesis of AB and byproducts;

2.Analyse and examine the production process and final products, then make a report of the examination. Also responsible for the analyse and examine of raw material and other production related material and spare parts supplied by suppliers, and make a report of the examination;

3.Expedite the production progress, survey, evaluate and partly execute non destructive tests;

4.Assist the Third Party and government quality supervise department to examine the production management;

5.Do process management examination of manufacturing AB products and byproducts, audit Product and responsible for the quality guarantee of AB & its byproducts;

6.Manage test analysis equipment, preparing test plan for process management of products and byproducts (Shift Work Schedule);

7.Examine unloading raw material, amend raw material’s quality standard and manage unsuitable products;

8.Investigate and report customer claim;

9.Supporting other department’s analysis;

10.Finish the other temporary task assigned by the vice president;
