-Prepare all documents related to customs registration, customs clearance, customs auditing as well as keep the good filing for these documents

-Choose proper transportation methods to save cost and delivery on time

-Work closely with broker, forwarder, carrier for daily customs clearance. Track their service to measure their performance
与报关行，货代，船公司紧密合作，跟踪，评价其服务
-Matain a good working relationship with the authorities (Customs,Inspection and Quarantine),responsible for certification application 与海关，商检，检疫维护良好的工作关系，负责相应资质的申请
-Tracing import and export vessel and flight schedule and update information to relative department
跟踪进出口货物船期和航班安排并通知内部相关部门

-At least 1year logistics experience具有1年以上物流工作经验
-Familiar with Customs & CIQ business, certificates of customs and CCIB prefered熟悉报关报检，有报关，报检证者优先
-Bachelor's Degree or above本科及以上学历
-Familiar with ERP system, Office software especially Exel 熟悉ERP系统,Office办公软件,尤其Excel
-Fluent English in written and spoken，CET-4，熟练英语口语和写作，CET-4级
-Strong communication skills, Good team-worker,善于沟通，具有良好团队精神
-Attend to detail and work very accurate注重细节，工作严谨
