Responsibility:
1. Monitoring production process in each workshop and implement improvements wherever it's necessary
2. Provide technical support and do process analysis in order to achieve maximum output while lowering scrap rate continuously
3. Provide trainning to technicians (injection, spray painting and laser etching) to optimize process, reduce machine downtime and reduce cycle time
4. Prepare and create procedural documents, working instruction to ensure flow of process as well as systematic work method, but also maintain the smooth flow of production process even when there is a change of person in charge.
5. Support and aid project engineers mainly during the initial testing of mould as well as sample preparation process.
6. Design and build robot hands for our 19 robot handling units (currently)
7. Design laser and inspection jigs and make them ready for mass production
Requirements:
1. Good proficiency of English, mainly in listening, speaking and writing
2. Min. 5 years of working experience, preferably in foreign companies
3. College or University graduate preferably Industrial Engineering major
4. Creativity, good hand working skills and an open mind to find improvements by himself
5. Willing to take responsibility and able to make decision
6. Hard working, honest, and able to work in a team
