Main Responsibilities

* Responsible for new product research & design, and provide new technologies, process in product designs to meet the customer increased requirements on performance, quality, cost and timing.

* Follow Design for manufacture (DFM) best practice.

* Ensure designs can be economically manufactured.

* Ensure that designs are compatible with established engineering standards and other legislation.

* Communicate with external suppliers and internal departments to ensure successful implementation of new designs.

* Maintain & improve the existing product, and ensure meet the customer increasing requirement on performance and quality.

* Responsible for product validation, and ensure the product can meet the design requirement.

* Responsible for relevant registration and design document management.

Qualification

1.Education

Bachelor Degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering, or related.

2.Woke Experience

2+ years product design and R&D experience in his/her professional areas,and medical device

background preferred.

3.Language

Good English skills in conversation and writing.

4.Training(Quality, Skill, Safety)

* Familiar with ISO9001 ,ISO14001,OHSAS18000.

* Familiar with standards and regulation of medical device.

5.Skill

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Be good at MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

* Be proficient in CATIA or other 3D software.

* Be familiar with production research and development process.

* Good mechanical design skills.

* Good problem analysis and resolution skills.

6.Attitude

* Self motivated , Proactive, team working and positive thinking.

* Can work under high pressure.
