职位描述
Main Responsibilities
1. Implement &improve the supplier quality control instructions accordance with the company's quality system requirements.
2. Cooperate with R&D & Sourcing engineering team, establish the component process specification, incoming specification.
3. Work with sourcing group, perform the new supplier approval including site quality audit on quality system control, process capability, incoming capability, etc.
4. Provide the necessary guidance to supplier for process quality control, if necessary, including but not limited to process control specifications, process control plan, quality inspection specification, FMEA etc. Monitor supplier’s quality performance accordance to the related quality system requirement.
5. Handle with supplier for those supplier related nonconformity cases, implement quality promotion with supplier together , evaluate the root cause, corrective and/or preventive actions provided by supplier if any.
6. Perform the periodically quality review and/or audit program per quality procedure required, if any, complete the review or audit report, evaluate and follow up the supplier action plan accordingly, in order to enhance the supplier quality assurance level.
7. Implement the engineer change to supplier quality system for those supplier related ECR case, and tracking the supplier process implementation effectively.
8. Based on requirements of drawings and samples, to assess the capability of suppliers and process level.
9. Conduct other tasks assigned by supplier quality supervisor or quality control manager.
Qualification
1. Education
Bachelor degree in university of science and engineering.
2. Woke Experience
◆ Above 2~3 years quality control experience in medical device or machine industry is preferred.
◆ 2 years experience in oversea supplier quality control is preferred.
3. Language
Excellent verbal and written English, with the ability to communicate in English
4. Skill
◆ Be familiar with ISO9001 quality standard, and have applied experience with them; or ISO13485 or TS16949 is preferred.
◆ Familiar with QC tools or quality data analysis tools.
◆ PC Requirements: Familiar with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD etc
