POSITION REQUIREMENTS

1.Bachelor's degree in Electronic/Mechanical/Acoustics/Physics , Master degree in Acoustic or Electromagnetic engineering is a strong plus.

2.Strong engineering background with more than 3 years working experience in a Mechanical/ Electronic company. (R&D experience and acoustics related is a plus; Pro-E/AutoCAD capability is a plus.)

3.Experience on the electronic/acoustic/magnetic simulation is desirable( ANSYS , PSPICE...)

4.Strong project management capability and communication skill ;

5.Positive , team work & independent ;

6.Very good communication in both English (Oral/Writing) and Chinese .

7.Strong data based analysis skill and to be proficient with Minitab , FMEA, DOE , GB or BB of 6 sigma is a plus .



JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Receiver Product Design, Development, debug & improvement.

2. Receiver Process Design, Development, debug & improvement.

3. Receiver electronic/acoustic/magnetic simulation.

4. Equipment concept development , design review & system qualification ;

5. New product /process transfer from other site to KES ;

6. New technology introduction ;

7. Yield improvement, Failure analysis and corrective actions etc.

8. Deliver result per project scope and stage gate process.

9. Technical support for factory issue as needed.
