职位描述：
Responsibilities:

? To pass Customer Quality Requirements into the Innovation Process and to Divisional Quality Managers and other relevant participants in the value stream and assure compliance;
? To monitor the quality performance related to the Quality Key Accounts;
? Define, document, maintain and improve the Focus Customer Quality Processes;
? PPAP Request Processing;
? To support Divisions on all matters of Quality pertaining to the Quality Key Accounts;
? To define, document, deploy and manage action plans and projects as required.
? Accountable for the Quality relationship with the allocated Quality Key Accounts;
? Check and administer Quality Management Agreements (QMAs) from Customers and communicate their content into the Organization;
? The conduct of Customer Satisfaction Surveying and appropriate follow-up;
? Process of information in regard to Conflict Minerals;
? Management of Customer Audits.

Profile:

1. College degree or above in /electrical/mechanical automation or related. At least 3 years electrical /mechanical product quality assurance work experience in manufactory;
2. Proficient and knowledgeable in all areas related to the Quality Assurance function;
3. Strong knowledge of Quality Engineering, such as, 8D/ 5whys/SPC,,, Quality Standards, e.g., ISO90000/ISO/TS16949,, commodity product, process and tooling;
4. Familiar with common test equipment test;
5. Honest, self-disciplined, good team work spirit;
6. Logical thinking, positive attitude, result-oriented, detailed-oriented;
7. Professional communication skill;
8. Good English in writing & speaking;
9. Skillful use of Ms Office, such as PPT, Excel. 举报 分享
