Job Responsibilities:

1. To design corporate compensation and benefit policy;

2. Responsible for monthly payroll, SPF preparation and delivery in time;

3. To participate yearly salary and to provide professional proposal for yearly

salary adjustment;

4. Work out and update compensation and other extra benefit program to make

sure the remuneration system is attractive in the market;

5. Make company budget and forecast on personnel cost and updated them on

time to ensure that they are under control;

6. Responsible for HR system implementation.

Qualification:

1. College degree or above;

2. Min.5 years of C&B managerial experience in MNC;

3. Business sense and strategic thinking ability;

4. Familiar with HR system is preferred.

5. Proficient in written and oral English;

6. Strong computer skills, including knowledge of information systems and

databases.

7. Deeply understand man-hour controlling.
