Job Responsibilities:

1.Work with line manager to identify training needs and requirement;

2.Establish annual training plan;

3.Develop training material;

4.Design and evaluate training course;

5.Make out training module and progress to meet with the direct and indirect training needs;

6.Coordinate cross functional training to optimize resource;

7.Review and evaluate training result;

8.Make out orientation for new employees;

9.Supervise assistant daily training affairs for new employees;

10.Be responsible for employees or exit-entry administration affairs;

11.To maintain and provide a safety and healthy working environment for his/her subordinates by perform company safety regulations.

Qualification:

1.Diploma or above;

2.At least 3 years training supervisor working experience in MNC (OEM is preferable);

3.Good command of English and PC.

4.Have the knowledge of TS16949,SPC,ISO9000

5.Have the knowledge of ISO14001/OHSAS18001 and EHS document.
