职位描述：
一、Ensure CLC outbound activities perform smoothly, effectively and efficiently to meet customer’s expectation and support business growth.
1, arrange products replenishment for wholesale customer’s store according to DC actual capacity, aligned city schedule, city tiers and business requirement, dispatch delivery notes to 3PL via SAP.
2, Arrange Nike owned retail regular orders according to pre-aligned replenishment schedule.
3, Tracking domestic shipping status, and take actions to solve the transportation issue and incident with internal and external transportation team, make sure the products arrive customer in full and on time.
4, Perform outbound related functions in SAP which include daily delivery note creation, GI data balance validate between SAP and WMS, manual post GI, order de-allocation, etc.
5, Timely and properly handle stop shipment requirement, manual picking and delivery request, urgent marketing and quick strike orders, cooperate with internal and external teams to minimize the negative impact on normal operation.
二、Outbound data collection and analysis.
1, Daily collect and validate outbound data, such as planned quantity, actual GI quantity, delivery units, process units, monthly GI report validating.
2, Help to verify outbound data (order fill rate/unit fill rate/order on time/ and order accuracy) after KPI report is submitted by 3PL.
3, Provide 3 sets to IM/OM/CS/S&OP teams for monthly target analysis if needed.
三、Closely work with 3PL
1, Monitor 3PL performance and make sure the 3PL activities strictly abide with approved SOP.
2, Identify and suggest areas for improvement.
3, Participate 3PL’s optimizing program and protect company’s interests.
四、Participate in Nike others project to support business expansion if needed.
