工作要求Job Requirements

1.中专及以上学历，机械、机电或电子专业；

2.2年以上测试设备操作经验

3.工作认真细致、动手能力与独立工作能力强，良好沟通和书面表达能力；

4.了解实验室管理体系，有在汽车及其相关行业实验室工作经验；

5.环境试验、强度试验、盐雾试验、粉尘试验、淋水试验等设备的操作；

6.油漆，电镀性能测试的操作；

7.具有一定的阅读相关专业英语能力。

岗位职责Job Responsibility

1.完成年度定期试验包括（操作力和位移、环境试验、耐久试验、附着试验、盐雾试验等）;Perform annual test according to control plan(force and travel、 environmental 、durability test、salt spray etc.

2.实验室5S维持；maintain lab 5s.

3.实验设备、仪器、夹具维护保养；maintain equipment、fixture

4.协助测试工程师测试完成DV和PV测试及实验报告; assist test engineer to perform DV and PV test and report.

5.协助测试工程师完成一部分的设备操作说明书;assist test engineer to work out working instruction

6.协助实验室日常事务处理、试验后样件的管理assist to handle routine and test sample storage

7.维护实验室质量体系,落实实验室质量方针maintain lab quality system and implement quality policy.

8.完成上级分配的其他任务other task assigned by manager.
