Major Responsibilities:

1. Support tooling and fixture quotation from technical aspect for new business
支持国内模治具技术方面的报价工作
2. Tooling and fixture design concept DFM 3D&2D drawing review and approval
参与国内模治具概念设计方面的评审及确认
3. Tooling and fixture project building management , Monitor /coordinate with supplier and internal team on tooling development to make sure supplier development process without technical and quality problem;
模治具项目管理，协调解决模治具开发方面的技术质量问题
4. Provide insight into supply capability, and leverage opportunities to more effectively utilize supplier capability for tooling;
分析评估供应商产能潜力，平衡及最大限度的利用供应商的模治具开发能力
5. Tooling and fixture inspection and qualification;
负责模治具的评估验收工作
6. Take process design;
参与新项目的过程设计工作
7. Other related duties as assigned by management;
负责管理层指派的其他工作

Education and Key Competencies:
1. Bachelor Degree in Machinery or Tooling at least 3 years similar work background; 本科学历，专业为机械，模具并至少3年的相关经历
2. Solid professional knowledge on mould design and molding Tech;
具备良好的模具设计及成型技术技能
3. Be familiar with Catia, Pro-E, or UG etc,
熟悉Catia,Pro-E 或UG 等3D 应用软件
4 . Be familiar with ISO/TS16949, standard and related law/regulations;
熟悉ISO9000 或TS16949 标准及相关体系.

5. Have die-casting mould design is preferred，Familiar with die-casting pieces of manufacturing process.
有压铸模具设计经验者优先,熟悉压铸件的生产制造工艺流程。

The Company

Established as FAB in 1911, the company started with an initial manufacturing program covering door locks for the building industry, including mortise and furniture locks and associate fittings.

In 1958 the product portfolio was expanded to locks and keys for the automotive industry. Since then the company has gradually become an exclusive supplier of cylinder locks to vehicle manufacturers in former Czechoslovakia, as well as supplying components to OEMs in many other countries.

In 1996 the company joined the Swedish-Finnish ASSA ABLOY Group, allowing it to be member of an established group of companies which specialized in the field of high security door opening solutions. The company’s extensive experience in the development and production of vehicle access components and systems was further enhanced in 2007 by the acquisition of CE Marshall Ltd., the leading U.K. supplier of lock systems for cars and light commercial vehicles.

Following the path of globalization of its customers, the company expanded its global footprint by establishing new plants and local customer support teams in China and Mexico. Growing demand on solutions that provided further improved security and more comfort triggered the company to move on to more sophisticated electronic vehicle access & control solutions, such as remote keyless entry and passive entry/go systems, and respective components.

From Oct. 1st 2016 the company has been under the ownership of the Japanese ALPHA Corporation, one of the leading global automotive industry suppliers in vehicle access and control.
