Responsibilities 职责：

1. File keeping for offers and orders

对报价和订单进行文件归档

2. Upload the visit report or training report into CRM

将客户拜访报告或培训报告上传至客户关系管理系统中

3. Customer create or modify in CRM and SAP

在CRM和SAP系统中新建或修改客户信息

4. Preparation of English/Chinese and Chinese/English translations

准备中英文互译

5. Assistance in the preparation of offers, the execution of contracts and the coordination of delivery dates

协助报价的准备，合同的执行和交货日期的协调

6. Organization, coordination and planning of customer visits

组织、协调和计划客户拜访

7. Organization and coordination of business trips of Customer Service engineers

组织和协调客户服务工程师的公差出行

8. Organization and coordination of inspections and maintenance dates

组织和协调检查和维修日期

Requirements 要求:

1. Able to work 4 days at least per week

能够最少每周工作4天

2. Major in Business English, Foreign Trade or related major

商务英语、对外贸易或相关专业

3. Good command of English (written & spoken)

熟练掌握英语（书面&口语）

4. Familiar with Excel

熟悉Excel软件
