Accountabilities:

· Work according to the operation process:
-Work with customer to receive shipping instruction & transfer to operation team
-Provide loading plan according to shipping instruction & then arrange trucking.
-Monitor and confirm arrival of trucking service, provide POD.
-Break down and distribute into files and calculate charges
-Follow up with trucking subcon on mile stone & provide to customer.
-Input system for shipment record & issue invoice.
-Sent pre-alert to customer & related delivery address
· Responsible for customer contacts, follow up contacts per telephone and visits
· Regular work with invoices, calculations of profit split and commissions, tracking and correcting mistakes in supplier invoices and following all quality routines
· Assist in supplier and customer queries
· Arrange collections and deliveries
· Contribute to development of team
· Assure timely billing as per company policy
· Work with related dept to make improvement on process
· Deal with related parties to solve the issue/concern highlighted by customer

Requirements:

· Familiar with and well able to work within the trucking industry on operation & process
· Knows supplier conditions, deliver terms, Inco terms and purchasing conditions
· Knows risk and insurance terms
· Familiar with and able to work with the company's quality and environmental policies
· Good knowledge of computer system, both exports and invoicing
· Knowledge of Customs tariff
· Good communication skills
