发挥出色的行政能力,协助主管处理日常事务 You will bring your outstanding administrative
skills to this dynamic role assisting the Executives in achieving
operational success.
主要职责 Your focus will be on:
熟悉人事管理政策并有相关工作经验
协助招聘员工,处理各项人事管理事务Assisting in recruiting, and managing company wise human resources tasks
计划、筹备公司内外各种工作会议(制定日程、安排后勤、做会议记录、协调善后) Scheduling and supporting
internal and external meetings (coordinate calendars, organize
logistics, take notes, coordinate follow-up)
保证、更新日常工作计划 Maintaining and updating daily scheduling
协助复印文件、差旅事宜、文件归档、支付相关款项,起草、分发文书报告(收集资料、复核校对、复印等等) Assisting with
photocopying, travel, filing, expenses, etc. and preparing documents
and reports for distribution (collecting data, proofing, photocopying,
etc.)
国内外经理人的联络工作 Managing communications with member executives from all over the world
协理会计记录Assisting in accounting records maintenance
根据业务需要,承担临时任务Taking on special projects as needed

熟悉微软办公软件:word, excel, ppt, outlook Proficient with MS office: word, excel, ppt, outlook
基本熟悉会计记帐者优先 Basic knowledge in Accounting as an asset
三年以上行政助理经验 A minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
