一. 主要职责描述 Key Service

1.Support the business development in all marketing research, data acquisition and compilation, and management presentation; 支持业务发展部做市场调查，数据收集，编辑及管理手册；

2.Set up customer / potential profile database, up-keep it and generate reports with it; 建立、维护客户和潜在客户数据库，并时常汇报相关数据。

3.Help in the analysis of such customer and market info; 协助分析客户和市场信息

4.Design and prepare company presentation materials and constantly updating it and fine-tuning it to suit various purpose and occasion; 设计与准备公司简介资料并经常对其更新、整理，以适应不同用途和场合

5.In charge of all design and printing of catalogues, electronic materials and website, work with media and printing companies, and the marketing department in other corporate locations, including translating from English to Chinese; 负责设计、印刷广告目录、电子材料、网站数据;同广告及印刷公司及其它分公司的业务部门合作，负责英文翻译。

6.Maintain inventory of catalogues and media materials, online cataloging, retrieval and distribution;

7.Deal with appropriate periodical publishers to promote our products;

8.Organize exhibitions, seminars and promotion campaigns starting from exhibition sourcing, planning, budgeting, designing & setting up of booth, invitation sending and invitation list maintenance, follow up, feedback, compilation of results and follow-up action tracking;

9.Occasional travel needed;可随时出差；

10.Perform other duties as assigned on time. 按时完成经理交代的其它任务。

二. 任职资格 Qualification

1.教育背景 Education Background

University graduate or diploma with major in marketing, public communication, or equivalent discipline.

2.技能和知识要求 Skills and knowledge

1.Exhibition Promotion Experience;

2.Conversant and fluent in both Chinese and English, able to do translations of Chinese => English and English => Chinese;

3.Well verse in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and understand various electronic imaging media processing software and file types like PDF, JPG, TIF, EPS, etc… (Experience in using Lotus Notes will be an advantage though not mandatory);

4.Conversant in brochure and web page design – able to take the lead and work with either external design companies or just the printing company alone; capable to take on the entire media production process (Those without this experience but had accumulated knowledge through personal interest may be considered )

5.Experience in organizing exhibitions and seminars for industrial products;

6.Fresh personality and ideas, and have innovative and creative sense, capable to think from out-of-the-box;

7.Team player and able to take on above-mentioned tasks independently with minimum supervision; at times, have to play team leader role in extracting feedback and ideas to assist in the design of the media needed;

8.Capable to work independently towards targets and time-line planning.

3.工作经验 Working Experience

1.2 ~ 3 years working experience in similar capacity preferably in an industrial product company or with a media / advertising firm;

2.Experience in marketing support, catalogue design and production, and organizing exhibitions and seminars;

3.Fresh graduates but had undergone internship program in such related functions can apply too.
