1．To define and process customer groups;

2. To collect knowledge on new and changed customer needs together with tendencies and price changes etc. in the market for company’s products;

3. To report all reactions to company’s products – positive as well as negative. Win and loss report for the bidding projects and OEM customers;
收集并向管理者汇报对公司产品有利或者不利的信息。报告公司参与报价项目成功或失败的原因。
4. To assist with suggestions for sales policies, sales strategies and input for sales and costs budgets.
协助销售策略的制定，向KAM提供相关的市场信息已便部门制定销售和成本预算。
5. To gather, analyze, integrate and share market intelligence with sales management, which could lead to new product development and future business growth opportunities;
收集，分析和整理市场信息，比如新产品开发和业务未来增长机会。
6. Competitor Analysis;

7. Organize the exhibitions, road show and seminars;
组织和参加展会，研讨会等。
8. Compile and print the brochures, catalogue and service manual, update the company website;

9. To be responsible for the ads. and publications in magazines and internet, make sure the layout of ads. and presentation meets company;
