? Ownership of assigned territory
? Identify markets and opportunities to meet company sales objectives
? Identify & communicate new product needs to the R&D group
? Assist in design and sale of auxiliary processing equipment and systems for the global market
? Develop sales tools to promote and sell the products
? Interface with customers and other company personnel to determine proper equipment for application
? Handle phone calls from customers, sales representatives, and other Company personnel
? Provide technical support by sizing equipment and interfacing with the Company's Engineering and Manufacturing departments
? Maintain sufficient quote levels in the territory to ensure order levels are met
? Ensure quotations to customers:
o Meet the customer's requirements
o Comply with company guidelines
o Include documentation and flow schematics to fully explain the system
o Result in company-approved profit margins
? Expert in one main area, i.e. process cooling and temperature control, and become versed in the complete line of Company products and services to be able to effectively support the entire organization
? Follow all projects to ensure continuity and closure of orders - revise quotations as necessary to secure order
? Assist with order entry and ensure correct information is provided
? Assist with Accounts receivable to collect funds from customers as needed
? Review larger orders with Engineering and Manufacturing personnel
? Follow orders through manufacturing process, shipment and installation and start-up at customer's site.
? Strive for continuous departmental quality improvement
? Interface with other departments as needed on other projects, i.e. new Configurator system, Operations improvement, etc.
? Collect competitive information to aid sales efforts
? Train Technical Sales Managers about brand issues and system requirements
? Train Application and System Engineers to be more proficient in our products
? Other duties as assigned
