GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION
职位综述
Incumbent is responsible to assist in managing and ensuring compliance of the Ansell Global Outsourcing and Strategic Sourcing Quality Management System to relevant standards requirements, to applicable market regulatory requirements, mainly by performing onsite inspection of suppliers of outsourced Finished Products for all divisions.
负责协助管理和确保符合安思尔外包与战略性采购质量管理系统相关标准要求，适用的市场管控要求，主要执行外购所有种类成品的供应商现场检验。

RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
职责&特定职责
1. Evaluate the purchased finished products shipped / supplied to Ansell are in compliance to Purchased product specification and all applicable standards.
评估为安思尔采购的成品符合采购产品规范和所有适用标准。
2. Possess strong understanding of product specifications and be able to train personnel in accordance with specifications.
熟练理解掌握产品规范并能依照规范培训人员。
3. Monitor testing of sampling of products and evaluation samples according to prescribed specifications, test methods.
监视样品的测试并依照既定的规范和测试方法评估样品。
4. Ensure quality standards are being met and quality procedures are being followed (sampling plans, inspection methods, etc.)
确保（抽样计划，检验方法等）符合质量标准与质量规程。
5. Ensure supplier’s inspectors are trained internally on proper methods and practices to detect defects and maintain proper segregation from first quality product.
确保供应商的检验员在发现缺陷和与一等品维持适当的隔离方面得到内部培训。
6. Interact and maintain open line of communication with manufacturer Quality and Manufacturing personnel to insure required product quality specifications are being followed and product is being shipped in compliance with Ansell’s specifications.
与制造商的质量和制造人员保持开放的沟通与互动，确保跟踪所需的产品符合质量规范，确保装运的产品与安思尔的规范一致。
7. Generate accurate reports/data that identify and track problem areas where excessively high numbers of defects are being generated.
生成准确报告/数据,识别并跟踪产生过高的缺陷数量问题领域。
8. Guide suppliers in improving of product quality and stabilizing of processes.
指导供应商提高产品质量和稳定过程。
9. Identify quality problems and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions in Manufacturing and Central Supporting areas
识别质量问题并评估制造与关键支持区域的纠正措施的有效性。
10. Handle special projects in the quality assurance area.
在质量保证方面处理特殊项目。
11. To be involved in special project of GBU, Sourcing team and participate in validation of new product development (NPD) and purchased finished product at the manufacturing location whenever necessary
一旦需要无论何时，参与GBU、采购团队的特殊项目以及新开发产品与在制造地点的采购产品确认工作。
12. Monitoring the delivery of complaint investigation results from suppliers, Follow-up and evaluate the effectiveness on corrective and preventive actions
监测从供应商处提交的投诉的调查结果，跟踪和评估纠正/预防措施的有效性。
13. Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of supplier’s Quality Management System to whichever relevant standard being certified, such as ISO 9001:2008, and related regulatory requirements, by internal audit.
确保与供应商的质量管理体系标准相关的认证的有效实施和维持，例如 ISO9001：2008 和相关的控制要求被内部审核。
14. Advice the Head of Department any violations of Quality System Regulations during supplier quality system audit. Follow-up and evaluate the effectiveness on corrective and preventive actions
在供应商审核期间，向部门领导提供任何与质量体系规定相关的违规行为。跟踪及评估纠正/预防措施的有效性。
15. Process monthly reporting on products testing and monitoring and tracking.
月度报告产品测试及监视和追踪情况。


SCOPE OF POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES/岗位职责范围：

This position reports directly to the Senior Analyst, Quality Assurance Ansell Shanghai.
直接向安思尔（上海）QA 高级分析员汇报

External: Represents Ansell interests in maintaining product quality and performing inspection. Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
外部：代表安思尔维护产品质量和执行检验。保守敏感秘密信息。

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS /资质及要求

1. Should possess a minimum of 3-5 years of manufacturing experience.
至少3-5 年的工作经验。
2. Two years’ experience in a quality control function
2年以上质量控制经验。
3. Proficiency in MS Word & Excel, minimum 2 years of computer experience.
能熟练应用Word &Excel,至少2年电脑操作经验。
4. High school education
高中以上学历。
5. Bilingual in English and Mandarin (written and spoken language).
通晓英语和普通话 （写与说）
