职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1) Supplier quality monitor, material claim handling and continuous improvement including development plan and even supplier audit. As the overall leader to drive supplier related quality issues.
2) Be involved in new project development phase, to drive APQP process in supplier side based on project demand, to secure and approve PPAP accordingly with clear requirements fulfillment proof.
3) Lead Incoming quality inspection control team to do incoming inspection to avoid production risk.
4) Block stock warehouse monitor and reduce slow moving for all blocks.
5) Build up and manage local SQM team: arrange team member/inspector knowledge and skill training to improve working effectiveness.
6) Maintain supplier’s master data in SAP
7) Supplier quality performance evaluation, and development/audit planning definition.

Requirements:
1) At least 3 years SQM experience in Automotive electronic, optic field;
2) 8D logic mindset for issue handling, with Professional knowledge of ISO9001/TS16949 auditor certificate, VDA6.3 process audit. Familiar with TS 5 tools (APQP, MSA, FMEA, SPC, PPAP) etc.
3) Experience in leading sub team would be prefer.
