Brief Task Description

1. Creation of Excel and PPT format reports to support PD purchasing activities.

2. Analysis and manipulation of data using pivot tables, VLookup, and related tools

3. Verbal and written interaction with internal colleagues in purchasing, engineering, cost engineering, and supply chain

4. Support on time sourcing activities led by PD Purchasing managers

5. Potential for travel within the region to support program management and supplier meetings

Qualification：

- Skills & Competence:

1. Degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related fields

2. 3-4 years of experience in a manufacturing/industrial firm in a similar role

3. Strong Excel/Powerpoint; effective written and verbal native language and English; Ability to understand purchasing and supply chain management related concepts based on prior experience.
