职位描述

1. 带领汽车导航或infotainment系统模具开发团队。

2. 评估模具设计、分析、开发、修改、材料、机械设备和包装规格。

3. 带领产品或平台的机械硬件工程师和内部、外包开发合作伙伴。（包括解决方案设计，验证，工装和测试阶段的多个项目小组）

4. 评估并检讨技术标准、开发流水线和设计及项目进度事项。为了确保产品品质的提高、提供明确的反馈。

5. 以公司的技术能力和技术支持水平评价供应商。

6. 为了评估模具状态做实地考察。

7. 确定项目的进度并确保货物如期满足要求。

招聘条件：

1. 机械工程及相关专业学士学位或以上。

2. 3年以上的相关工作经验。

3. 形成结构/制造，注塑成型工艺/故障分析和各种树脂材料的知识，经验和深入了解；钣金，压铸模具知识。

4. 塑料、金属、压铸零件的公差计算、材料和设计准则的知识。

5. Pro / E，SOLIDWORKS，CATIA V5的CAD工具使用经验。

6. 配件检测工具和方法及知识。

Job Description:
1. Lead a team to develop automotive navigation or infotainment system tooling
2. Be responsible for overall tooling design, analyzes, develops, modifies and evaluates materials, mechanical systems, equipment and packaging
3. Leads multiple project teams of other mechanical hardware engineers and internal and outsourced development partners responsible for all stages of mechanical development for products and platforms, including solution design, validation, tooling and testing.
4. Reviews and evaluates designs and project activities for compliance with technology and development guidelines and standards; provides tangible feedback to improve product quality
5. Make assessment for suppliers based on their technical capability, engineering support quality etc.
6. Site visit to evaluate status of tooling
7. Make project schedule and ensure project deliverables to meet requirements and be delivered on schedule
Qualification:
1. College degree or above in Mechanical Engineering education background
2. 3+ years of working experience in related fields
3. Rich experience and understanding on molding structure/fabrication, injection process/defects analysis and various resin material knowledge, know sheet metal and die casting mold
4. Knowledge of tolerance calculation, material and design guidelines for plastic, metal and die cast parts
5. Experience on using 3D CAD tool like Pro/E, Solidworks and CATIA V5.
6. Good knowledge of parts inspection tools and methods
