职位描述：

01. 带领汽车导航 及 infotainment系统硬件开发团队。

02. 负责整个infotainment系统结构设计。

03. 评估市面上的导航和infotainment系统解决方案的技术价值。

04. 确定项目的进度和确保满足要求的产品能正常出货。

05. 维护、改善、测试、分析、支持或指导现有的硬件。

06. 相关地区和全世界的供应商管理。

07. 了解汽车infotainment系统的新技术。

08. 执行项目开发时应预测和控制风险。

09. 负责团队内的资源管理和优化。

10. 与中国或全世界汽车公司的研发中心和业务领域互相密切跟进及执行。

岗位要求

01. 电子工程或汽车相关的学士或以上学位。

02. 五年以上的相关工作经验。

03. 有关于导航或infotainment系统的项目经验。

04. 配电产品/系统的经验。

05. 熟练使用电路图和PCB绘图程序。 - 例如：PADS,OrCAD

06. 有CAN / LIN/电路设计经验。

07. 创新的解决问题和诊断/解决问题能力。

08. 有数字或模拟音频、视频电路知识。

09. 熟悉高品质的产品测试。(例如 : EMC, EMI, DV, PV ...)

10. 熟悉FMEA, PPAP, APQP过程和文本。

Job Description:


1. Lead a team to develop automotive navigation or infotainment system hardware
2. Be responsible for overall infotainment system architecture design
3. Make technical assessment of navigation or infotainment system solutions in market
4. Make project schedule and ensure project deliverables to meet requirements and be delivered on schedule
5. Lead or guide the maintenance, enhancement, testing, analyzing and support of existing hardware
6. Manage related local and global suppliers
7. Understand new technologies in automotive infotainment system
8. Anticipate and control risks in project development.
9. Manage and optimize resource allocation in the group
10.Closely work with other R&D centers and business units of Motor company in China or worldwide.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor Degree or above in Electronic Engineering or Automotive related field
2. 5+ years of working experience in related fields
3. Experience in navigation or infotainment system project
4. Experience in power distribution products/systems
5. Experience in schematic capture and layout tools such as PADS and OrCAD
6. Experience in CAN/LIN/MOST circuit design
7. Creative problems-solving and diagnostic/troubleshooting abilities
8. Knowledge of digital and/or analog Audio, Video circuit
9. Familiar in testing of high quality products (e.g. EMC, EMI, DV, PV...)
10.Familiar in FMEA,PPAP,APQP process and document
