职位描述：

1. 具备负责规划过程审核和监控过程的有效性实施项目的能力。

2. 为了满足客户的质量要求、以确定符合的过程、具有评估产品和交付能力。

3. 负责促进实施过程改进。

4. 项目级别中识别模范事例及传达意义的责任

5. 项目实施阶段、负责报告状况、效益和风险。

6. 负责适当的驾驶测试程序。

7. 保持质量管理体系的建立，实施，所有的流程文档和过程审核和纠正和预防措施。

8. 根据质量状态的技术要求事项及报告来与客户沟通。

招聘条件：

1. 工程/电子工程/机械工程或相关专业的学士或以上学位。

2. 五年以上的相关工作经验。

3. 质量管理方法及建立质量体系的相关知识。

4. ISO9001:2008, TS16949 经验者优先。

5. 熟悉使用多种QA工具。

6. 评价各种生产工程及准供应商并熟悉生产问题。

7. 能够设计出各种质量控制措施。

8. 软件开发专业或两年以上的开发工作经验者优先。

9. 有Six Sigma 相关资格证者优先。

Job Description:
1. Responsible for planning process audits and monitoring the effectiveness of process implementation at project level
2. Responsible for auditing work products and deliverables to ensure that defined processes are adhered to meet customer quality requirements
3. Responsible for facilitating implementation of Process improvements
4. Responsible for best practice identification and evangelizing adoption at project level
5. Responsible for reporting on status, effectiveness and risks of process implementation at project level
6. Responsible for appropriate driving test programs
7. Quality Management System creating, implementing and maintenance of all process documents, process audit, and follow up of Corrective and Preventive Actions.
8. Communicate with customer on technical requirement and reporting on quality status


Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above in quality engineering/electronic engineering/mechanical engineering or related field 2. 5+ years of working experience in related fields
3. Knowledge in quality control method/in set up quality system
4. Familiar with ISO9001:2008. TS16949 preferred
5. Familiar with various QA tools,
6. Familiar with various manufacturing process and foresee possible supplier, production problem.
7. Able to design various quality control measures.
8. At least 2 years working experience on software engineering or development is preferred.
9. Six Sigma certificated preferred
