职位描述：

1. 带领未来汽车产品的开发团队。

2. 创新的平台设计理念。

3. 负责销售市场定义的（扩展销路）从生产到出库的产品开发整个过程。

4. 参加电子元器件、产品和系统设计、开发、测试及生产相关活动。

5. 确定规格、分析工程、设计预前图纸、组装和测试 等支持。

6. 新产品预生产阶段，与客户、供应商、市场营销和销售人员、以及其他工程师之间的紧密合作。

7. 与中国或全世界汽车公司的研发中心和业务单位相互结合工作。

8. 在相关产品的技术及商业等各立场上能够提出产品相关的意见。

9. 对产品的可能性、应用、处理相关的意见及咨询。

招聘条件：

1. 电子工程或汽车相关专业学士或以上学位。

2. 五年以上的相关工作经验。

3. 有过关于导航或infotainment系统的项目经验。

4. 有产品验证和测试规范要求的经验。

5. 有理解和解决较复杂的技术解决方案的能力。

6. 创新的解决问题和诊断/解决问题技巧。

7. 在客户面前具有良好的表达能力。

Job Description:
1. Lead a team to develop future automotive product
2. Innovative platform design thinking
3. Responsible for product development from market definition through production and release
4. Performs activities concerned with design, development, testing, and manufacture of electronic components, products, and systems
5. Determines specifications, performs engineering analyses, makes preliminary sketches and coordinates support operations such as design, fabrication of prototypes and testing
6. Interacts with customers, vendors, marketing and sales personnel, and other engineering areas during the pre-production stages of new products
7. Closely work with other R&D centers and business units of Motor company in China or worldwide.
8. Provide cross disciplinarily product related advise about technical and technical-commercial aspects
9. Advise and consultancy about possibilities, applications and processing of the products
Qualification:
1. Bachelor Degree or above in Electronic Engineering or Automotive related field
2. 5+ years of working experience in related fields
3. Experience in navigation or infotainment system
4. Product validation and testing specification requirements
5. Ability to understand and work out complex technical solutions
6. Creative problems-solving and diagnostic/troubleshooting abilities
7. Good presentation skills in front of customers
