Job Description: (6 months contract)

The HR Assistant will report to the Assistant HR Manager and be responsible for general HR support in the below areas:
1.Post ,select/search/recommend CVs,conduct, assist the Assistant HR Manager to complete the recruitment task
发布招聘职位，选择、筛选、推荐简历,协助人事经理完成招聘任务。
2.New employee check in & out, including new employee orientation training, new employee check in ,data and file management, resign file management
新员工入职、离职手续办理,包括新员工的入职培训、信息系统录入及离职文件管理。
3.Employee information maintain and file management 员工档案和培训档案管理。
4.Employee labour contract management, including contract signing &renewal.
员工劳动合同管理,包括合同新签和续签。
5.New employee probation follow up, probation assessment and archive
新员工试用期跟踪，试用期评估并归档。
6.Attendance management, including payroll data preparation, check and challenge abnormal attendance, overtime & holiday management
考勤管理,包括薪资数据准备、检查核对考勤异常、加班和各种假期管理。
7.Forklift driving licence review arrange, remind and track叉车证复审的安排、提醒及跟踪。
8.Monthly claim of physical examination/forklift licence review体检、叉车复审报销。
9.Take responsibility of HR weekly and monthly report.负责HR周&月度报告。
10.Any other assignments from the supervisor上级安排的其他事项。

Requirements & Experience
1.Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management.
2.Excellent interpersonal and organization skills
3.Proficient at MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and Gmail
4.Good verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
5.Strong drive, customer orientation, and ability to execute
6.Great attention to details, and responsibility to jobs
7.Good at time work and self-management
